Last Fling Before the Ring”“A Less Tacky Bachelorette Party

Most girls have the traditional dancing strippers, penis necklaces, and toy parties for their bachlorette party continuing this tacky yet classic way to celebrate the night before you wed.

Event Coverage: "Let's Talk About Pep" Wrap Party

I'm not sure if it's just me or not but I really enjoyed the season of "Let's Talk About Pep" it brings four African American women together to discuss their dating adventures every week. It was a breath of fresh air to see positive black women being portrayed, instead of in a negative manner.

Pep who of course was of the popular 90's hip hop group Salt N' Pepa who has been holing out for four years and is ready to get back into dating to find someone to get her groove back.

Jackie, who is a journalist is also known for her work on BET, wants a husband and a man and isn't afraid to ask the right questions to her closer to her goal.

Joumana, model and sports journalist is also known as former wife of ball player Jason Kid. Her weakness: bad boys!

Kittie, known for her voice over work on BET's on Cita's World. Kittie has a lot to say and aint afraid to say.

What I think??? I really enjoy all three ladies no doubt. They all remind me of friends I know. For me its so hard to believe Pep aint had no one in so long. But, its also great to see she isn't giving it up to just anyone. I think Jackie is such a beautiful and intelligent black women and it's hard to believe she cant find a man. Joumana seems so shy to want a bad boy all the time, and Kittie I love her keep it real approach.

This show to me goes to show women who want but don’t need a man!!!

What do you think????
